The rental period begins at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Our apartments are all non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.

The house rules posted in the building apply.

Prices include bed linens, towels, and dish towels.

Washing machines and dryers are available for a fee.
Cancellations: Cancellations are possible up to 14 days before the start of the booking; after that, 50% of the total rental price is payable.

If the tenant terminates the stay prematurely, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price.
